Here’s a chance to network with other quilt shop owners about the details of "who, what, when, where and how" to hold successful events at your quilt shop.  Additionally, topics include how to merchandise your store to the best advantage for the space, signage and how to use it effectively, customer shopping habits and when and how customer service can work for or against you. 
Sue Hanson, Owner of Trackside Quilting, is hosting this retreat in her classroom and will share techniques she has used as well as information she has learned on these topics.  During the lunch break Sue will serve her not-to-be-missed, almost famous chili.

Bring your ideas and suggestions for events that you have run for your shop, so that as a group you can discuss different ways to promote your shop and increase traffic.  This will be an interactive session amongst all shop owners.  This is truly quilt shop owners helping each other.
